OpenTouch™ Conversation (OTC) software provides a way to Experience the Conversation with rich communications at your fingertips.

Using a single client, it delivers a seamless conversation across multiple media, multiple devices, with multiple parties, all within the same conversation. By taking advantage of the conversation layer ,which is an integral part of the OpenTouch architecture, OTC allows you to experience each conversation starting on one device and transferring to another as desired, whether using enterprise SIP phones, smart deskphones, video end-points or BYODs such as laptops, smartphones and tablets.

The intuitive "Face of Conversation" user interface provides effortless communication and collaboration with your community of favorites. Built-in presence and status information indicates reachability for you and your colleagues. Multi-media, whiteboard and document sharing resources can be easily folded into your conversation to enrich the communication experience. OpenTouch Conversation always puts you in control.

The first iteration of OTC will support the Apple iPad, the most popular tablet device being used in enterprises today. The OTC will soon support multiple platforms including Windows and MacOS, Android, iOS, Blackberry, and Microsoft smartphones.
